หลักสูตรปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาชีวเวชศาสตร์ (หลักสูตรนานาชาติ) เป็นหลักสูตรกลางของคณะแพทยศาสตร์ศิริราชพยาบาล มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เปิดรับสมัครผู้ที่สนใจเข้าศึกษา โดยหลักสูตรมีแผนการศึกษา 2 แบบ คือ

แบบ 1 ทำวิทยานิพนธ์อย่างเดียว คือแบบ 1.1 สำหรับผู้ที่สำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาโท แล้วเข้าศึกษาต่อหลักสูตรปริญญาเอก และต้องเข้าร่วมโครงการ Joint Degree Program ร่วมกับมหาวิทยาลัยกลาสโกว์ (University of Glasgow)

แบบ 2 ศึกษารายวิชาและทำวิทยานิพนธ์ คือแบบ 2.1 ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาโทแล้วเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก และแบบ 2.2 ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีแล้วเข้าศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก
